A tri fold folding sliding patio door set.
Folds and slides to the outside of the opening to bring the garden into the house or the terrace into the apartment.
Ideal for apartments with smaller balconies fully integrating the outside and inside spaces.
For every day use the third door hinges open and closed for easy access.

The tri fold set is an ENGINEERED timber product utilizing premium quality timber and modern manufacturing techniques to produce the highest quality product possible.
The system uses a top hung sliding rolling system to provide an effortless opening action.

Each set comprises 3 timber doors and a timber frame. The doors and frame are all pre-sized to fit together easily. All joints are cut with the doors and frames pre machined to fit the weather seals, folding sliding hardware, 3 point locking system and security shoot bolts.
Each timber component comprises an engineered hardwood core, faced with 3mm thickness of premium ‘American White Oak’, ready to be finished.
All the timber is kilned dried to a uniform moisture content to ensure stability of the doors in use.

The tri fold, folding sliding door set fully complies with current and new 2006 BS requirements for thermal performance of external doors.
Each door is fitted with 24mm thick double glazed unit with low E glass and warm edge spacer bars.
The tri fold, folding sliding door set fully complies with new 2006 Document L requirements for thermal performance of external doors, and achieves rating 1.9W/M2 K.
Each unit has tempered glass to meet BS6206A.
