Weather Bars

	HI-PER BAR FOR INWARD OPENING DOORS A lower version of the HTH Weatherbar with an underdoor clearance of only 28mm. A two piece high performance weatherbar with no flexible seals underfoot to be damaged by foot traffic.  Base section incorporates seal locating ridges which provide an effective barrier against the elements. Lugs are provided to seal the channel ends preventing any water which may remain in the channel coming into contact with the doorframe. Channel accepts the Striker Block enabling flush bolts to be used with this product. Sub Seal allows installation onto wet or dry thresholds without messy mastic. No rebating of door required during installation. SIZES:864 mm, 914 mm, 990 mm up to 4575 mm. FINISHES: Plain aluminium, polished gold anodised, polished bronze anodised Solid Brass(threshold section) or black powder coated.  Other RAL colours available to order . 	THRESHEX SILL FOR INWARD OR OUTWARD OPENING DOORS This product does not present an obstacle to wheeled traffic - ideal for the disabled. Conforms to new building regulations part M. The unique design of this seal eliminates the need to rebate the bottom of the door .  It can be left square.  The seal can be reversed to enable this product to be used with outwardopening doors. Sub Seal allows installation onto wet or dry thresholds without messy mastics. SIZES: 933 mm, 990 mm up to 4575 mm. 	KLEERTRED 20 / KLEERTRED 25 FOR INWARD OR OUTWARD OPENING DOORS The low profile of the Kleertred threshold section does not present an obstacle to wheeled traffic - ideal for the disabled. Conforms to new building regulations part M. No seal underfoot to be damaged by foot traffic. No gutter to collect water or dirt. Deflector section is supplied with our weather deflecting end caps - no sharp corners or raw edges. New seal retaining end caps secure the weather seals insitu. Sub Seal allows installation onto wet or dry thresholds without messy mastics. SIZES: 914 mm up to 4575 mm. FINISHES: Plain aluminium, polished gold anodised or black powder coated.
